Deposits are non refundable.
You can cancel your booking within 14 days of arrival and pay nothing extra, or postpone your stay to another time. . We do try to be as flexible as possible, so if you do need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible.
Deposit for the lodge is 50%. The balance is payable 7 days before arrival.
Deposit for the B&B is the first night. Balance payable on departure day.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival are payable in full and are non refundable unless the rooms you have booked or lodge are re let.
